St. John’s Episcopal Church in Somerville is also involved in a number

Food Bank Network of Somerville County

Provides food to local families in need. Drop off non-perishables
at the church, or contact the church office to sign up to work the
Food Bank on select Saturdays.
Samaritan Homeless Interim Program (SHIP) of Raritan NJ.
St. John’s proudly supports SHIP in its mission to fight hunger
and homelessness. Contact the church office and have a message
forwarded Harriet Osinski.
Alcoholics Anonymous
St. John’s hosts two AA meetings per week. Contact the church
office learn how you can get involved.
Habitat for Humanity Raritan Valley

Habitat for Humanity provides volunteer labor and other resources
to build homes for families in need. St. John’s parishioners have
volunteered time and other resources. To get involved, use the sign up
sheet in the church hall or contact the church office and have a
message forwarded to parishioner Dick Smedly.
Episcopal Relief and Development Fund
This is a national church fund which grants money to places in
need, and victims of natural disasters around the world. For more
information contact the church office.
United Thank Offering
St. John’s supports the United Thank Offering. For more
